This policy is implemented by providing customers with products and services to a level of quality that consistently conforms to contractual obligations including delivery schedule, fitness for use and statutory requirements.
Quality assurance
It is a set of activities intended to ensure that study materials satisfy student’s requirements in a systematic, reliable fashion.
Two key principles characterize QA:
- The first is the regulation of the quality of materials, products and components;
- Continued services related to management and inspection processes.
